We operate with PREFABRICATED TANKS produced by us, featuring the highest quality and performance standards available on the national market.
Our tanks are monolithic, made in a single pour and perfectly watertight, with volumes ranging from 5 to 62 cubic meters (geometric capacity) per individual unit.
Given the adoption of a standard minimum concrete cover of 25 mm (mandatory for a prefabricated unit with double mesh reinforcement), we achieve the concrete exposure classes required for aggressive/highly aggressive environments: XC4, XD3, XS3, XA3, XF1.
Regarding the strength class, we achieve a minimum standard of C50/60, using a w/c ratio of 0.45 and a minimum cement content per m³ of 400 kg (slump=S5).
The adoption of higher strength classes than the regulatory minimum required by Ministerial Decree 14/01/2008 is intended to ensure long-term watertightness regardless of the standard concrete cover.
We operate under an ISO 9001 quality control system, adopting a stringent Factory Production Control.
Furthermore, the plant features an approved press that is periodically calibrated by an external certification body: all this ensures constant and strict quality control of the concrete produced.
