The lifting stations we produce are manufactured with a storage tank in vibrated reinforced concrete. A pair of submersible electric pumps, equipped with start, stop, and alarm level switches, is housed inside the tank. The electric pumps are controlled by an electrical panel.
The delivery pipes can be made of HDPE or stainless steel.
Depending on the project, the electric pumps will be supplied with or without a quick coupling foot, guide pipes for extraction, check valves, gate valves, and a delivery manifold.
The fundamental data for selecting the electric pumps and correctly sizing the system are:
– Flow rate to be lifted
– Required head
– Nature and type of wastewater to be lifted.
