Continuous treatment of stormwater runoff containing mineral oils and gasoline

DESCRIPTION

The METEOTANK MT treatment system for water contaminated by mineral oils has been designed for the oil separation of stormwater runoff from paved surfaces affected to varying degrees by vehicular traffic and on which spills of mineral oils and gasoline therefore occur. The system is equipped with flow deflectors, safety closure float, accumulated oil extraction system, and coalescing filter barrier.

METEOTANK MT is divided into two main sections:

  • Sedimentation section
  • Gravimetric oil separation section with polyurethane-type coalescence filter
