DESCRIPTION
The METEOTANK MP/SD treatment system for water contaminated by mineral oils has been designed for the storage and pumping treatment of first flush stormwater runoff from paved surfaces subject to varying degrees of vehicular traffic, where spills of mineral oils and fuels occur. The system operates according to the following treatment phases: First flush stormwater storage; Separation of first flush water from second flush water; First flush pumping and transfer to oil separator; Gravity oil separation; Coalescence filtration; Treated water discharge.
